5 Wellness Habits For A Better You


Water, as we all know, is the most essential thing for a healthy body. We have often been told about how important water is and that we should have plenty of water every day. But not all of us really does that. For some, it might be a difficult task.


  • Gives you clear skin.
  • Increases energy.
  • Improves digestion
  • Promotes weight loss.
  • Flatter tummy

Firstly, calculate how much water you should rink daily:

WEIGHT (in lbs) * 2/3 = _________ oz


Water can be taken in various forms. Here, I would like to share a few tips with you to drink more water.

  • Use a pretty water bottle or a bottle that you love. This trick really works.
  • Drink a glass of water after every bathroom break.
  • Eat more water-rich foods like fruits and veggies.
  • Drink water while doing your favorite work or hobby, for example, checking phone, listening music etc.

Meditation is that what gives you deep rest. Meditation is an art of living.

The moment you meditate you connect to your soul. This is what helps you to know and introspect your soul. Set your mind free from all the agitation, feel the calmness and serenity of your inner self. Keep away all your desires and fantasies from your mind. Focus on your breathe. Let the soul do the talking.


Start with one minute and build from there


  • A calm mind
  • Good concentration
  • Healing and Relaxation
  • Clarity of perception
  • Distress
  • Increases creativity


Every thing in this world need appreciation, whether it’s you or me. The hair tie that holds all your hair up the entire day needs appreciation. The rays of the sun, the drops of the rain, the plants, the stars, anything and everything need appreciation.

Gratitude is an art. An art of appreciating what you have. An art of letting the things around you know that they matter. It doesn’t cost you anything. A minute or two would be good enough to feel grateful about what you have in life.


Take out some time every morning to write down a few things that you’re grateful for. It could be anything from a pen to your better half. Do this for a week. Make sure you write different things every time. Make this a habit to start your day and you will feel the change.


Move your body. It could be in any way or any form that you like. May be you prefer dancing or exercising or skipping or stretching. Do whatever you feel like. But move. Don’t just sit like a couch potato.( I know that feels great. I do that too!) But at least take out some time to move your body the way you want to.

  • Improves posture
  • Increases blood circulation


Cleanse your skin twice a day. I know it can be hard for some days. But try doing it every day. Specially, if you’re someone who uses makeup, make sure you remove it before going to bed.


Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize and feel good about your skin, about yourself.

Nobody is perfect. So if your skin isn’t too, that’s alright. What is the most important thing is that you take care of it and feel good in your skin. You don’t have to be someone else to adjust in the world. The world will adjust. You just be who you are because “YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL.” Trust me!
